We’re looking for a Digital Governance Analyst to help organizations design internal decision-making systems, accountability structures, and operational governance models.
About the Role
Design governance frameworks for digital organizations
Define decision rights and escalation structures
Map accountability across teams and systems
Identify governance gaps in product and operational workflows
Support development of governance dashboards and reporting tools
Work with leadership teams on organizational design
About You
Background in operations, consulting, business analysis, or product
Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
Understanding of how digital product teams operate
Ability to structure complex organizational problems
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Build trust in a changing world
