We’re looking for a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support executive teams in designing and executing governance, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
About the Role
Lead or support strategic advisory engagements
Design operating models and governance structures
Work with executive stakeholders on high-impact decisions
Translate strategy into structured implementation plans
Identify operational inefficiencies and system gaps
Support large-scale transformation programs
About You
Experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles
Strong problem-solving and systems thinking abilities
Comfortable working with senior leadership teams
Understanding of technology-driven organizations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
Build trust in a changing world
